She has a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience, with her most notable mention being the founder of GAIA natural baby skincare, a brand she started in the kitchen in 2002, taking it from started up, growth and scale, to sale in 2019.

As the Managing Director and creator of one of Australia’s leading baby skincare brands, she has done just about anything and everything there is to do in a business, including leading a team of 15 plus employees, distributors and agents, implementing growth strategies, sales and marketing plans, and distributing products around the world.
Michelle now works with small to medium business owners and solopreneurs as a coach, mentor, educator and supporter, assisting them with planning, strategies and tactics to help them build trusted brands and long term, sustainable, profitable businesses they enjoy working with.

A respected and highly sort after speaker, consultant and guest expert for podcasts and many business publications, and other business masterminds. She talks about her journey, the mistakes and successes along the way, as well as strategies, systems and tactics.
